Delivered not as instructed

On 24th of August 2022, ive called McD's team to know if i can order food to be delivered and packed individually. The worker said can just order on the apps but put remark on it saying to pack individually. When the order is being delivered, the food is not being packed individually as instructed on the remark. Totally disappointed.

food not delivery yet

I just ordered my food from mcdonalds using mcdelivery. I’ve been waiting about two hour to get my food. So i decided to check the app and i my order the status still in progress to delivery, so i just decided to waiting . My order time 12.00AM 23/12/19 untill now 2.58PM i not received yet but the status is delivery. To whom i should blame? this is not the first time im using this app , before this okay. Delivery guy didn’t call me.. Maybe this is the last time im using this app it totally disappointed!!! very bad services!!l waste my time , waste my money😡😡😡..

No Notice

I just ordered my food from mcdonalds using mcdelivery. I’ve been waiting about an hour to get my food. So i decided to check the app and i my order has been cancelled by the restaurants without any notice. If i didnt check the app and i dont even know my order has been cancel. Wtf mcdonalds? Is this how you wasting my time with your bullshit cancel my order just like that?

Service

Have missing items on my order while the person who packed my order called me and said he packed the right amount and being irresponsible while saying that he will call me back later but he did not. So, I call back and the other person picked up my call, saying that he will deliver missing items to me but he did not as well. MCD Tesco Seri Tanjung Pinang has bad service to their customers when the customer asked for a paper bag for the drinks for take away after paying but the worker just ignored and walked away.

Mcdelivery

I'm waiting for the delivery for 2 hours and they still haven't deliver the food to my house. I have made the payment via the online banking and yet I have to wait this long. This is really very bad service. Tried calling the numbers that were available but couldn't reach and no one was answering. wasted my money buy purchasing the food.. McDonalds was one of my my favorite fast food but it not now. Really hate this. Had a very very bad experience and I'm not going to order again. They didnt even call me to inform any delay.

Poor Delivery System

DELIVERY DARI BIRCH HOUSE MCD TIMES SQUARE PENANG . 2 KALI DELIVERY, 2 KALI MAKANAN SAYA TAK CUKUP, SAYA BAYAR. BILA BAGI TAHU, 'NANTI SAYA HANTAR' LAMBAT SANGAT, SAYA CALL BOLEH PULAK CAKAP SAYA MENIPU!! SAKITNYA HATI 😡 SEBAB SAYA BAYAR BUKAN FREE! TOLONG AMBIL TINDAKAN.

Service

Very bad service. I am working at one of the retail shop in Hatten Square Melaka. Had been buying Mcd meal for my lunch, dinner & supper. The Malay Girl serve me on 5pm was very rude. She even throw the balance money on the table. What is wrong with her? Did she just got scolded by her supervisor or what? I can see that beside counter person in-charge was not in good mood as well. When I request more chili sauce, she just said go there take yourself! I am taking away my meal and how am I supose to take chili sauce from the chili area.

Please take note on your staff as customer service is very important especially serving and taking order.

Choco Top was not fill in full

On 15.7.2016 time: 2209 i stop by Mcd Titiwangsa Kuala Lumpur. I ordered 2 Chocotop and Chicken burger happy meal for take away.
The problem is, the chocotop was not been fill in full with sundee ice cream. The bottom of the cone is empty. Both of the chocotop i order is facing the same problem. This kind of attitude was not acceptable. Cheat to customer. I assume they must been teach by their superior.

wrong orders againts religion

Ordered through MCdelivery (On-line) Order No: 354136.

Instead of Chicken Prosperity, they delivered BEEF Prosperity!!!! I am a Hindu and do not eat BEEF. I took a bite almost vomited!!!!

Called Mcdelivery and was attended by Satish. Was put on hold for a few minutes and was told that a Supervisor would call me back.

Got a call from MCds Section 14 (Outlet that handled my order). No apologies nor any form of emotions from the personnel! Plainly said that "a replacement burger would be sent to me". NO Burger was sent (it's been more than 1 hour now) neither anything was done to mend the damage done! It's very damaging to one's self belief and emotions when things of this nature, especially religious beliefs are concerned!

As a Hindu, I do not eat BEEF!

Service

Dear, all this while i'm going to MCD, happy with the service and nothing much to say until today (03/10/15). I ordered a breakfast at tesco puchong at pusat bandar puchong, I was watching movie in laptop while waiting for my friend. the battery was getting low and i had to plug in at mcd to charged it. After few minutes, a staff came and instruct me to remove and not to use the plug as she mention the manager will inquire her and she told me "why are you still here, you been here since the morning" it was around 10.50am. I felt so unhappy and embarrass with that as i spend on the food to use the facilities. I didn't bother and disturbing anyone moreover the tone that the staff used really unpleasing as if I using the facilities for FOC. I hope this can be improve as a customer i come to MCD to enjoy the meal and the facilities. This incident make me turn away and gave bad impression. I hope to get response from your side.

Mcdonalds McDelivery

TERRIBLE DELIVERY TIME
We made a McDelivery order for 9 sets of value meal at 12.16pm today (18 March 2015) online.
By right, the food was supposed to arrive at about 12.35pm to 12.50 as shown on the tracking order.
The order did not arrive at the time given so we called the hotline which was 1300-13-1300. They said that the food was on its way. But then, we waited and waited and nothing came.
The food only arrived at 2.05pm – which was almost two hours from the time we made our order.
We then got a call from the manager of McDonald's Birch House, Mr Vijay.

He was very polite and kept apologising and he called repeatedly to make sure that we got our orders.
He explained to us that the Call Centre did not transfer the order properly and that there was a mistake in between.
Apparently they were supposed to transfer our orders to Prangin Mall, but sent to Birch House instead and somehow it was delayed as the place was busy at the time.

Mr. Vijay called me 5 times just to make sure everything was alright. And finally when the orders came, there was One Coke Light missing. I called him to rectify the problem and he did, he sent his rider to come deliver the Coke Light and some coupons as an apology, although it wasn’t needed. So to Mr Vijay of McDonald's Birch House, GOOD JOB and we salute you for the job well done in rectifying the situation.

As for the management or whoever that works at the call centre, please transfer the orders accurately as we waited almost 2 hours for our meal which made everyone upset and very unhappy with McDonald's delivery service. We might not use your delivery service anymore after this.. Because it is HIGHLY UNRELIABLE. Thank you.
