Bad customer service
My pharmacist faxed a request to the clinic for a prescription a refill. Two days later, one lady without an accent called me and left me a message. The next day, I called back and the same lady received my call and said my doctor would call me back. Nobody called. Today, I called, another lady said, "Your name isn't in the callback list of the doctor." I told the story, she said, "I don't know."
This is gross negligence and incompetence. MCI is a dangerous place during this crisis. Ministry of health needs to pay attention to their policies/administration so that they can better help the communities.
