My father received a bill for demo/set up of the device. A $400 charge was listed twice, so I called to inquire about it. All the lady would say was how much he owed, nothing about the duplicate charges listed. She was quite rude. My father decided to call the next day and he asked to speak to a supervisor when he could get nowhere with the first lady. The supervisor was rude also and did not explain the charges. He wants the machine out of his house - he says he would rather go to town to the doctor than fool with these people.
