On Monday, June 13, 2011 2:23 PM I ordered a part for my icemachine per EMail. I got a confirmation
EMail back that the part will be ordered when I send a check to the company MDT Parts & Equipment.
The order was taken by Zama-Enterprise.
So they got the check by June 13, 2011. They cashed the check on June 20, 2011.
I waited 4 weeks for my part and nothing happened. So I contaced the company severel times by Email.
They wrote me back that the order is still in back order which means that I have to wait another 2 weeks.
After those 2 weeks nothing happend. I contacted them again and they offered me to wait another 2 weeks
or I will get a refund. I decided to go with the refund. They canceled the order and promised me to send me
the money back. After 10 days I didn`t recive my money. So I wrote them again to send me my money
back within one week. Till now I didn`t receive anything.
When I try to call them nobody picks up the phone.

We all should have done more research concerning this company. They have quite a legit website, and it all must be funded by our checks. I'm in it for almost $1k, but most importantly, I NEED the D@MN part for my Ice Cream Machine!!!

So, no one has had any luck with them?
