Worst Makeup Ever

I used to sell Jafra Cosmetics and I use Lancome but I thought I would try Meaningful Beauty - the cleanser didn't even get my face clean and the other products were useless. Also, the second package came without my knowledge. I did not want more. I had to pay for return shipping of 2 boxes. Do NOT purchase this. Stick to Macys cosmetic counters !

Over charge

I started off buying the introduction kit $39.99.when I received my products ...I started using them ...than I get hit with a bill 3 payments of $49. .when I spoke to the sales person.I thought I was getting everything for introduction price.I would have never purchase these products for over $100...I explain to customer service...I was on vacation ...therefore he said ... Y the time I return home it will be to late to return products..He actually didn't care.!!,,,,! I will never purchase this product again.All they care about is making sales ..Very misleading .I think Cindy Crawford should be inform about what's going on.

UNAUTHORIZED BILLING

I RETURNED THE FIRST PRODUCT, THEN THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN MORE THAN 50.00 FOR THE SECOND ONE, I PHONED THEM AND TOLD THEM THAT I DIDN'T ORDER WHY DO I HAVE TO RECEIVE NEW PRODUCTS AGAIN. THE AGENT SAID THAT HE'S GONNA CANCEL IT AND ASSURED ME OF THAT. SO I RETURNED AGAIN THE SECOND PRODUCT AND THE AGENT SAID THAT THEY'RE GONNA REFUND IT IN FOUR WEEK-TIME. BUT ON OCT. 09,2012, THEY CHARGED AGAIN MY CREDIT CARD ANOTHER BILL FOR THE THIRD TIME WHEN INFACT THEY HAVEN'T REFUNDED YET THE SECOND ONE. I PHONED THEM & THEY SAID THAT I HAVE TO SHOW PROOF OF RETURN, I REGISTERED IT & GAVE THEM THE TRACKING NUMBER BUT THEY STILL WANT ME TO FAX IT TO THEM. THIS IS THE NEGATIVE THING ORDERING ON THE PHONE COZ ONCE THEY GOT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO, THEY CAN USE IT ANYTIME THEY WANT TO & SEND YOU PRODUCTS THAT YOU DIDN'T ORDER. I'M SPENDING RETURN SHIPPING FEE.
