slow delivery service
i refer to your pos laju reference no.EHA 13 124 470 3 MY IN WHICH i DROP my parcel with the Balik Pulau pos office on the 30th May 2020
Upon tracking on 16th June 2020,it was stated that the parcel has arrived in Kuching post office on the 3rd June 2020
It was aslo stated in the tracking report that the parcel was lying in the Kuching pos office from the 3rd June untill the 15th June where
it was only sent out for delivery.
I am paying RM22.60 FOR POS LAJU SERVICE but I am not getting the service I had paid for.
As such I am demanding for a refund because the service you had provided of more then 2 weeks is actually for normal air mail parcel service.
IT IS REALLY A DISGRACE IF THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL A POS LAJU SERVICE which untill now my client has not receive the parcel.
