I'm trying to have the machine serviced and I've been going to their office they are closed there is no forwarding address
Kindly investigate if the company still exist

I was told by the consaltant of Medizone health care Miss Sharon that the machine is R 15000 cash. She further told me that l can buy with installment of R695 monthly fir 24 months. Of which l signed the contract. Since then l never heard anything from them until today when l contact the number l was given by Miss Sheron claiming that its belong to the Medizone Head office. Where they told me that the machine is costing R61000. And l have contract with them from 2021 to 2026 for 60 months. I refuse to pay this amount. While l was told that it will be only 24 months.

Water filter machine was taken in for repairs on 29 .7.2017..called company on numerous occasions, no reply until today. . 26.9.2017

I bought a combo with water purifier and spa bath .Without my knowledge they gave me a loan later find out it is CT International. I have accepted what they did but my biggest problem is that they do not send me any statement of account even though I ask them. I need to know my balance. The testament I have is of November 2015.
