I bought one of the Medizone machines and was delivered to me las week Tuesday. My partner urged me to return it as the purchace took place without his knowledge.
I called the company and they refused to come collect it and referred me to the finance company that they used to finance the purchase. I want to return this machine but since Medizone already cashed in on the sale they want nothing to do with the unwanted machine.
The consumer protection Act allows the consumer 10working days to return an unwanted product and i am well within my rights to return this thing.
Be very careful of this company they do not have their customers' interests at heart. Their sales people are very misleading and lack the proper training!
