Long lines , not enough cashiers
I went shopping at the Fort Gratiot Mi Meijer store #163 on Wednesday November 15 2017 , around 5:30 p.m . I had to wait for 28 minutes in line before I reached the cashier , just to be told by the cashier that it was going to be a minute because she needed a cash pick up , so she called the S.C. Lauren and told her , then we waited for her to come . After waiting another 10 minutes and still no S.C. I just left without my groceries . I asked a cashier who was walking by where is the S.C " she told me that she is in the office with her friend the Service Team Leader Madeline M talking , laughing and eating pizza while there breaks and lunches are behind .
What the hell is wrong with the Managers at this store and the lack of cashiers .
I went over to Walmart and did my shopping , which they had plenty of cashiers and I was to the cashier within 10 minutes .

In competent Service Team Leader
I went shopping Sunday 11 - 5 - 17 at store #163 . I had mperk for $10.00 off a purchase of $ 100.00 or more on a Visa gift card which I had purchased a $ 200.00 Visa gift card . When I finished checking out I looked at my receipt and noticed the $ 10.00 mperk did not come off , so I went straight to the service desk and waited 15 minutes for 2 people in front of me . I showed the lady that was working my receipt and on my phone that I had the mperk for the Visa gift card and it didn't come off and she told me yes you should get the $ 10.00 off but I was going to have to call the mperks number myself and get them to take care of it . She gave me the number . After 2 days I finally got it straightened out they gave me a $ 10.00 courtesy coupon on my mperks towards my next shopping trip . I find it appalling because I have to purchase $ 10.00 or more in order to use the courtesy coupon why when I should have gotten the $10.00 off for the Visa but now you want me to spend a additional $ 10.00 to get the $ 10.00 off that I should have already gotten . I find it appalling and very much of a inconvenience to me that your Service Team Leader Madeline M. Didn't take care of it right then or she doesn't have the authority to make the decision to . She could have just given me a $ 10.00 gift card right then for the mperk not coming off, but no I had to spend my time to straighten it out which I feel is a slap in the face . It is very sad that as a Service Team Leader you couldn't or wouldn't take care of it , now you have lost a customer .

Unprofessional personal items
I find it very appalling that you would allow your cashier ( Becky G ) employees to carry and display there like or love for marijuana on a key chain for everyone to see even kids.
Seeing that you don't have your employees drug tested , you think you should have them keep their personal views out of sight .
Shame on the managers for that service department for allowing them to carry and display items like that. And the managers do know about it .

Rude and incompetent S.C.
I went shopping today Sunday 9 / 17 / 2017 at Meijer's store # 163 at 11:00 a.m . First of all they had no Express Lane 11 open as usual , but what's new they never do before 12 :00 p.m or so , I went and ask the S.C. if she was going to open the Express Lane 11 up the answer I got was a dirty look then she turn her back to me and walk away and she mumbled something I find that very rude. I overheard several workers tell others to run and run fast because Becky G is S.C . and she is on one of her power trips , and she keeps calling team 163 to service . They don't know why they are having her do it seeing that for the past 2 weeks she said that she hurt her shoulder on the job , but never made a report , but she whines to the S.C. about it so they will put her on U-Scan or Service Desk .
Which Becky G . had a customer complaint before on U-Scan because she has a habit of taking off and talking to the worker inside the eye glass store and she has a problem with being told by the S.C. to go on a lane .
I know a lot of the workers at this store , because I live close by and shop 3 to 4 days a week .
I work at Fords and if we say we got hurt on the job , there was a accident report filled out and a drug test . If you didn't fill out a accident report then they looked at it never happened then.
It is not fair to the other employees that she is allowed to get away with it , and shame on the managers for allowing her to . I am not just talking about the shoulder thing , but also being disrespectful when it comes to the S.C. who she should listen to . Something needs to be done about her Becky G .
