Neglect in hiring process
Michelle Liparoto. My employer through my hiring process, Michelle accused me of being late for a Lift Test. I was 20 minutes early for my Drug Screen and Physical. The Drug Screen was no issue, and I passed...but due to the process there taking so long (I could not urinate @9pm, they had me wait, and so I patiently did, and urinated at 11:31p.m. and have the documentation and [choose file] is saying my picture of my document is too large, ironically). I was sent for the Lift Test at another building soon after. I walked in, at 11:48p.m. and their personnel was on lunch. They told me to come back anytime between 1p.m. (when she got back from lunch) and 3p.m. to take the Lift Test. So I had waited around and called Michelle asking what she wanted me to do. I got there at 2:40p.m. after being told I was at fault for not showing up for my "appointment"at 11:30. According to my knowledge and biology, it's hard to understand how you can supposedly control your own urinary system (according to Michelle it is possible...) and nothing on paper saying when my appointment time was...it's very hypothetical and ironic that you can supposedly show up directly from the drug screen at 11:48 and be scheduled for 11:30 (again, no record to be found for an appointment time) because my body did not need to urinate yet from 9a.m. to 11:31p.m. So I called Michelle asking if she can reschedule since it was out of my hands at this point; and she told me and I quote "See we handle this with 2 other conpanies, and unfortunately if they cannot work with you...because this is on your part, I cannot go forward with the hiring process. I feel as if all communication and logistics were screwed up to the max. [[[Also, Michelle had put me on hold to get me a new appointment after I was already confused and complained, and hung up on me. I also have proof on my caller ID.]]]And I am requesting for employment or I will sue and/or get somebody fired. Thank you for the concern and thought, please let me know what course of action to take. I will give it 5 days for consideration before I have to take my next step in the suing threat/process.
