Tele-Aid will not allowed any discontinued

First of all,

I would like to discontinue the tele- Aid service. However, the Tele Aid customer service asked about the address, password, pin#, telephone #, the first date I acquired the car. I want MBZ to apologize by manipulating customers giving few months services, and continued to billed customer which never used for the last 10 years and Tele- Aid apology for disallowing customers to discontinue service with the 10 years questions. and Discontinued service.

Does anyone remember anything happened 10 years ago about the above matter.

Mr. Robert is in the connecting service department try to manipulate me to continue the Tele-aid service. I sold the car.
Even though if I do not, there is not way to insist and harass customer not to disconnect. I feel that he is putting a gun to me and my husband head, punishing us to stay in tele-aid. This is illegal business practice. Ad customer, we have the right to proceed or discontinued any service in USA.

I feel like MBZ is trying to scam us to get the tele aid service or even Mbrace service which we do not need or even use for the last 10 years.

I demand discontinue service and refund charges on my American Express.

Mercedes Tele-Aid Fraud Continues

We never authorized Mercedes Tele-Aid to charge our credit card. Their predatory business practice is a stain on the Mercedes brand. Additionally, based on the number of people on this complaint board with the same experience validates their continued improper practices

N. More Mercedes for me

Mercedes of NA relationship with Tele Aid billing fraud has turned me against MERCEDES. I have been a Mercedes customer since 1978. I currently have a 2015 S550 and a 2014 G550 $250,000 of Mercedes vehicles. It is hard to believe they would ruin a relationship with me by working with a company like Tele Aid. I found that Tele Aid has been billing me for my 2007 Mercedes S550 for three years since trading it in on my 2015 S550. What a fraud!!! I guess I will look at BMW.

Mercedes Teleaid FRAUD

Mercedes " ConnectedSVC44YourMB" Teleaid Billing FRAUD:

After purchasing my 2006 Mercedes Benz E-350 we signed for a trial of ? "Teleaid" ( which was never used or wanted).

I do not believe there was any disclosure of a hidden credit card fee of $240.00 yearly. We have never received any written or email notification of ? "automatic renewal"?? There was no further communication of this charges over the past 12 years.

I am disgusted by this sleazy deception, and I have lost trust, confidence, and further support for MB.

As I pursue this complain through other means, if anyone is pursuing any additional formal action, please contact me.

Fraudulent Billing Practices!!!!!

Mercedes has been charging my credit card for $240.00 monthly since I have owned my 2006 MB E350. I have never wanted or used any such service.

We have received NO email or written notice or disclosure of this hidden monthly charge. I am disgusted that this kind of sleazy indefinite hidden ongoing disceptive charges should be allowed.

As I pursue my complaint, if anyone has taken formal action, please notify me at [email protected]

I no longer have trust or goodwill towards Mercedes after this questionable deceitful practices.

FRAUDLENT BILLING PRACTICE

Like the other reviews on this board I received a notice that I would be billed for $240 for Connected Vehicle Services for a car I no longer own. I received this notice in the mail 5 days AFTER the date that they notified me was my last date to cancel the payment. I have tried to contact the company but they do not provide a mechanism for canceling the service. It is not possible to speak with anyone at the company and the automated phone system says that they require a fax with proof that I no longer own the car. This company is clearly using fraudulent recurring billing practices to defraud consumers.

YES I learned today that I have been charged $240 a year for a 2008 Mercedes that I returned in 2011 for a new Mercedes. Thats incredible; I disposed of that car in 2011 and they want proof ....the End of Lease Statement. I dont have files on my 2008 Mercedes any more. Thats crazy.. I also mentioned Class Acton Suit. I cannot even get a credit for my Jan 2016 charge since they want the End of Lease Statement and Mercedes just passes me on from person to person and then hangs up. They know this is a problem. They better not under estimate me; I am clearly thinking of Class Action. Already talking to an attorney who is very interested.

Same exprience as Upset User. Clearly illegal, see recent sirius radio settelment regarding canceling subscriptions. May pursue class action law suit if no satisfaction this week.
If there are any other like customers, post on this blog with e-mail should class action occur.

What a scam !!!

They sent me a renewal reminder AFTER they charged my credit card for $240 for renewal. Apparently, they didn't wanna give me any time/chance to say "NO". I called Teleaid customer service after noticing this charge on my credit card transactions, explaining to them that there's no point to renew because I sold my car a few months ago, the phone rep said I NEED TO PROOF THEM !!!!! Come on, I'm not cancelling the service, I just don't wanna renew, why do I have to proof anything/anyone for not wanting to renew a service? She said I signed an agreement when I bought this car (5 years ago ???) which acknowledged this renewal requirement, I then asked to speak to her manager but she refused to transfer. So, I asked if I could get a copy of the agreement that she said I signed, and she said "sure". But all she mailed to me was "Time to Renew Your Connected Vehicle Services" instead of any copy of previously signed agreement. I'm thinking....... had I not call to reject the renewal, maybe they'll just go ahead to charge my credit card BUT without ever sending me any reminder. It appears to me that they're so sneaky to charge my credit card, but if you notice their wrong doing, they'll try to make it so difficult to reverse the charge. The worst and most scary part is...... the card they have on file has already expired, I wonder how they could make it through. AMAZING !!!!!

Un acceptable charge

On Oct. 27, 2014 Tele Aid placed a $240.00 charge on my credit card after I told them that I did not want the Tele Aid service any longer due to my wife's passing and that I could not afford the service. I was told that I would have to pay for it anyway and that the person I was talking to could not stop that charge. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was told that she was not available. I asked for her to call when she was available After hours it was apparent that she was not going to call me so I again call Tele Aid and was connected to Steve ( This may or may not be his real name) and was told that he ordered a refund and that he will email me a confirmation to that effect. On Oct 28, 2014 I noticed that the charge was completed and that the funds were taken from my account. I did not receive a refund nor did I receive a confirmation email or a call from Patricia K. Seremet Director of Customer Service. A year ago I asked for the service to be discontinued and for some reason they continue to charge me every year. To this day, Nov.3, 2014 I have not yet received a call from The customer Service Director Patricia K. Seremet even after I sent two faxes this lady refuses to communicate with me. I find it hard to believe That Mercedes-Benz has a company that operates like Tele Aid. This does not look good for the company and I don't think I will be driving a Mercedes-Benz much longer. I am in the process of contacting the news papers in order to make the public aware of this type of abuse from Mercedes-Benz Tele Aid.
