I was employed for three months at Merlin Security at Merlin Security, director being Jason Blacklock, 011 794 2989, email [email protected] and cell number 082 551 7908 based at BOSBOK BUSINESS PARK UNIT 11, BOSBOK STREET, RANDPARK RIDGE. I was constructive dismissed on 4 May 2017. The employer withholds R500-00 of my salary for February 2017, R100-00 of my salary for March and the whole of my salary for April 2017, as well as for the days that I tendered my services in May 2017 until I was unfairly dismissed. I have not been provided with the reason why my salary is being withheld without my consent. A letter requesting outstanding salary was sent 11 May 2017. Unemployment UI19 is also outstanding, as well as leave renumeration. The employer is in breach of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997 (“the BCEA”)
