I applied for my surplus payout in 25/5/2015 and they acknowledged per letter on the 28/7/2016 that they owe me in eccess of R120 107.09. I have phoned more than 60 times with only a reply to phone after 2 weeks every time. I was later ordered to go to their offices in Jhb what i did. Id like to know what is the problem or the reason why it take so long to do the payout. 2 years is rediculous by any standards for any person to proses such a claim.
