Monthly payment paid , they changed my plan midway in month without my wanting it

I paid for my monthly service on August 1 in full. Then Aug 13th they changed my plan rate and services without my permission. I list services I had, my plan rate incresased.
Ive calked a few times and nothing is being done about this.......
