TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE COMPANY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, ABSOLUTELY SICKENING

My cell phone is off because I refuse to pay another dime to this company. My son accidently dropped his cell phone into water, his phone has insurance. This is his first phone and this incident has been going on since April, 2017. I have been calling Metropcs, if I get a live person, they say they are transferring the call to another department, then all of a sudden the phone call is disconnected. I ask to speak to someone in Corporate, they say to me "Corporate doesn't have a phone number" I am so sick of the games, I have been paying for both phones since April, 2017. I went to corporate in Hempstead, the guy tells me to upgrade, I don't have upgrade money. That was his solution - just pay more money. Just give me my money back and the insurance I paid for my son phone I purchased the phones 4/5/2017 my son dropped the phone 4/6/2017 here it is 10/12/2017 and this simple problem isn't resolved yet. I have done everything they told me to do, it's a shame I have to cooperate but they get to goof off and take this as a joke. I have lost so much business this week being without a phone. I am a single parent a hard working single parent. I don't understand this nonsense with this company. I am so hurt, disappointed and frustrated. PLEASE COULD SOMEONE HELP ME. 631-215-9701

Horrible service Horrible phone

I just moved to a new state but right before i moved i decided to take advantage of yalls two phones for 60 a month plan. well when i arrived to the new state i live in the my phone started acting weird saying it was over heating because there is no sim card. I went to a metro branch right away.since i moved i did not have enough money for a replacement phone so they said it was a warranty problem anyways that they will have a replacement phone in right away... well a month later i called they have not even set the order... once i demanded that they start the process which the whole time they were laughing at my frustration or saying manager does not wanna speak to you... so finally two weeks later a replacement phone came and unfortunately there was something wrong with this phone to so they sent it back two weeks later from that day i am still waiting .... another words i have been paying yalls service for more than two months with non stop issues.... now my phone will turn of for ten minutes over heat and i have to turn it off for a hour or two. i have been in a situation where i need to pay bills needed the gps and emergency calls and not been able too. i am soooooo fed up with the service to replace this horrible phone. THe people aat metro keep saying well it aient my fault this is happening and im like look you represent the compNY THERE for if any thing happpens to me the authorities will come to yall first if they relise my phone has not been working. i am asking this to be fixed or i get another phone or something . the metro wait time is very long at the branch and they only have one computer working properly . i have never been so disappointed with the service.....

poor call quality, poor customer service

Switched to Metro PCS about 6 months ago. They have terrible call quality - I can only make out about every other syllable. Sometimes so bad I have to hang up my cell and call back using our house phone. I had poor call quality with the first $30 phone. Called customer no-service and they checked my line and assured me all was well. So I figured I was the unlucky one that got a bad phone set. Went back to the phone store and purchased a $60 phone. Same problem. Went back to the phone store where I purchased the phone. They agreed the phone was not working well and sent me to another store for a replacement. When I got to the other store there was a long line. Waited for an hour. Finally got to the customer no-service rep who would not replace the phone. I lost a day of work, billable hours, trying to get my phone problem resolved. I see now the only solution is to go back to AT&T or Verizon. Am posting this complaint so others can be warned that Metro PCS has low quality phones, poor voice transmission quality, and poor customer service.

poor call quality, poor customer service

I missed my due date on the 17th of the month., I had forgotten why I canceled my service with this company years ago as I recently returned to them a year ago. Today my phone was disconnected not even 24 hrs later, why because I am a human being entitle to make mistakes and I simply forgot, but NO, I was ignored for 8 hours after making the payment -- no service at all!!! I was so frustrated that instead of payment $50 as my regular plan fee I downgraded and pay the basics $40.00 I had no phone who cares, right? But, no, it didn't end there...!!! I had to get dress and go to the nearest metro store to get my phone turned-on because - althought they had already taken the funds out of my account this morning; I could not get a freaking live assistance by phone or online to reconnect my service. This company would not recognize my payment of $40, would not turn my service on and I had to pay an additional $5.00 for downgrading plans and get the service back on... Can you believe this crap, they make IT free (so easy) for you to upgrade then they charge if you downgrade...You can't get nobody to talk to unless you go seek a face-to-face service... You have earned your name, METRO PIECE OF SHIT, I am canceling my service with you completely!!!
