Invading pravicy

On 10/7/20 i called metropcs i spoke with three people first was a man i told him that they was blocking my calls he hung up. thats means guilt i called back spoke to a lady explained that i was just hung up on and the situation and that i recorded it and wou2 like to speak to a supervisor i waited almost 10 minutes he came on the phone disgusting his voice with a machine what a fake supervisor so i explained my situation and they have been blocking certain of my incoming calls because they wont appear on my call log but would show on my name id through metro that i pay for every month letting me know those numbers are being block and i don't have those numbers block i got that feature for scam calls and for people playing on my phone he wanted me to troubleshoot the call id to erase those numbers i said no its nothing wrong with it i recorded that also and he told me he see where i called last month about the same thing i told him to stop lying this my first time calling about calls being block which it has happened serval times with the same numbers i told him i called last month in September because my data wasnt working and the lady started asking personal questions where you be at when this happens the nxt question shock me she said have you moved yet what a personal. question like that has to do with my data not working i told her dont ask me nothing like that like. they spying on my conversation for someone instead of her trouble shooting she trying to find out information i pay my bill every month metro has no rights. Interfering with my service dont know if those calls are emergency so later the same day they txt me wanting me to do a survey i ignore them so i was online. and my data once again wasnt working. i waited before i called them back incase the problem was somewhere with the network or power outage but im on a family plan and the other phone data was working and we was at the same location so i call and told them they cut off my data because they mad i said i was making a complaint and didn't do the survey im not doing no survey and i told her that i will give them all zeros i told her the other phone is fine she told me she could send a signal to my phone listen to this real close but it will delete your messages and i told her i wish she would delete my messages fron my phone sending a signal to my phone for my data dont have anything to do with wanting to delete my messages because i recorded them so i said im not authorizing you to send no signal or to delete anything from my phone i wouldn't recommend metropcs to nobody not even a dog very unprofessional and unethical im only talking about customer service over the phone not in any of their stores

I have only been with Metro Pcs for 3 weeks now, not happy with all the dropped calls and not getting text messages on time. Went back to T-Mobile.

Mtero PCS is not good for business use calls, good for teenager use. Went back to T-Mobile

This company is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. I lost my phone and had to order a new one through my insurance 3 times now because I keep getting sent phones that already have many problems. I don't receive about half the calls that are made to me. Text messages come in a day late very often. The phones I get always shut off by themselves for some reason. The people at the stores are all very rude and I could go on and on. I am finishing my month and spending my money with someone else.
