We r still getting last year rate,our boss just told us that we are not getting an increase bcoz the bussiness is not doing well nd that he had a meeting with mibco about us not getting an increase bt he didn't say anything to us he just told us to sign that we agree as employees that we are not getting increase nd we didn't sign nd we dn't even know how much is our basic salary as is not stated in our payslips nd we just found out we r not even registered at Labour department for UIF can you plz help us coz we don't know what to do anymore as we don't know if the employer is telling the truth.from ndialwa w
