fund transfer

Please advise what root I need to take to make this a legal matter, I have more than enough proof that I am refused to be assisted.
It is clear my funds are non existent.

Every time I sent a email it’s been transfered to someone asking to assist, and weeks and months go by without assistance.
My case is just been transferred to one person to another.

I am the client here, and I am more that patient begging and asking for answers, but I need legal assistance on the way forward.

I have submitted my claim, I am frustrated as I am told my employer must terminate me o. The system, I contacted my employer he said he terminated me he does not know what to do any more, I ha e my father at the morge I have to bury and awaiting these money and feedback like this where nobody knows anything is frustrating, can I get assistance so I can bury me dad in peace, these are my contributions why do I have to struggle to get them, 0635697026

I have sent all the necessary forms and documents to Pinetown office in March 2021. They did say that it was all correct in sms in May 2022.It is end July now,and no communication from them. Would like to know is it lost,bottom of pile,or is someone actualy working on it?COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS!?!??

MIFA Provident Fund

Pathetic Service!!!!!!

I am helping my Mom with her MIFA Claim following Retrenchment, and went to the offices on the 13th of May, because on the previous 2 visits, got told the forms were incorrect. When we called to follow up, we got told by Antoinette (the Supervisor), the following was outstanding:

1. Divorce Order - She was Divorced in 2000, and only joined the fund in 2016!!!!!
2. Page 5 signature missing - I had sat with a customer service representative, that confirmed everything was in order!!!!!!
3. Retrenchment Letter - Never asked as a requirement by the customer service rep!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They then go so far to claim they sent an SMS on the 18th of May with the requirements, something else that never happened.

Yet Antoinette keeps telling us how she as the fund is doing us a favour, and shouldn't get upset with their incompetence.

Really, the Customer Service Levels are pathetic. Newsflash Antoinette, it's your job, you're not doing the members a favour, fees are deducted from the Member accounts to pay your salary. Get your house in order,

Poor Service / Cannot get hold of anyone

Hi, I have send numerous emails to the [email protected] email address. Nobody answers the phones The whatsapp number that they have given me to apply for my provident fund statement says that my Id is incorrect. I urgently need my fund statement emailed to me.

Ive submitted my forms for provident fund on 12 June 2020.
Ive tried phoning MIFA for the last 3 days 10/11/12 August 2020.
The phone just ring then finally someone pick up the phone and transfer and then the phone just keep on cutting off.

Poor service

My name is T ANDREW I contributed to mibco provident fund for years now I got retrenched on 13 March 2020 till date know funds had come through I had got a sms from mifa saying that my money will be paid in my account in to working days which never happened till date we in 18 of June 2020 calling the mifa office for weeks now still not getting any help putting me on hold cutting the call on me spoke to a guy named Elias matlala he told me my bank account is not active he said I must email him my confirmation of my bank account I did that calling the office asking them to speak to Elias they transfering me to him.his cutting the call it's money that's due to me why is it so hard to get your money that you worked so hard for I don't understand why

Provident fund not paid

To whom it may concern

My name is Thembalethu Matinyane, I made a provident fund claim to mibco. I have submitted all the necessary documents and was provided with the reference number via sms. I was advised to call after 21 working days if no payment has been received which I did. Date of documents submission was 29 November 2019. I received a sms on the13th of December 2019.

I made a first call in January 24, 2020, they told me that my claim is was in process and that it has been sent to SARS for tax and I should call the following week on Monday and I did that. Then they told me that they were waiting for bank verification and I should phone again on Friday the same week to check if when will the transfer of funds take place.

When I phoned in the beginning of February to do a follow up, I was then told that they are waiting for authorization after that the funds will be released into my bank account. I haven't received any payment since then. I have been trying to get hold of the fund administrator and since I can't get through to them. If it's not network busy, they pick up and drop the phone.

I would like know what will it take for one to get the money that they worked hard for. Why does it take this long for me to get my own money, what exactly is the hold up. I have problems that need to be sorted with the money that the fund administrator doesn't want to release. Please I need to get this money, it is the money worked hard for. We are about to enter the 4th month without me receiving my money.
I will appreciate any assistance to get my money.

Submitted my claim to Mibco and it almost took them 3 weeks to submit to Mifa
I went to Mibco Hatfield personally to submit ALL my required documents with a lady called Karabo.
I received my reference number from Mifa eventually and now there is still a delay.

I called Mifa and spoke to a guy by the name of Elias who told me ### YOU and dropped the phone in my ear.
I tried calling Mifa numerous times, but with no success. Spoke to a Riana who said she will get Marlene to call me back. I received no call from Mifa.

I called afgain and was put through to Margaret who promised to follow up with my claim and get back to me and also follow up with regards to Elias. No feedback received as well.

What does one have to do to get ANY joy and payment of the money I so legally paid????
