Hi Mibco, I have no hope that anyone reads this from Mibco, because Mibco management, workers DON'T CARE!!! I have lodge a claim with Mibco Prov fund already mif July 2020. After several attempts to get ahold of Mibco on the phone and emails I submitted a formal complaint with the ombudsman.

Only after I have sent Mibco a copy of my complaint with the ombudsman did they load my claim 25 of August 2020. On the 21st of September 2020 when I phoned in a Annamarie told me my claim is now ready for payout with MIFA. It is now the 20th of October 2020 and I phoned in today to Mibco. a Guy told me payout takes 8 weeks! This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable and I told him that. He just shrugged it off and said we had a lot of claims and it now takes 8 weeks. Mibco management staff and everyone don't care! There is absolutely NO PRIDE in what you are doing. You are working with our money and don't care whether the payout takes place or not. Companies should refrain of using you as their bargaining council because you lost it. You cannot deliver the service I am used to from the old Mibco. Service delivery is not part of your company anymore. It is not even of any use complaining because it falls on deaf ears!!!!!!!
