fraud payment by my crdit card

I have just noticed my cc statement has two charges from Microsoft. I have never ordered anything or have had any business with Microsoft. The charges were made on 01/10/17.. I would like these charges refunded back to my card asap. Thank you in advance for your attention in this matter. Feel free to email me at [email protected].
