The purpose of written such kind of complaint message against "snapdeal" Online services is that My name is Subhash N. Debnath had ordered a product (Micromax Canvas knight) on dated 27th Nov-14, The estimated shipment date was mentioned on mail 02nd of Dec-14, But I haven't received that yet.The Snapdeal Company was deducted full payment amount from my Credit card A/C on the same date (27/11/2014) and now I am continue calling their Customer care center with no complete satisfactory answer. Now I want whether they deliver product quickly or do they refund my credit Card full amount.
