Hi,
We cancelled a service not once but twice with Microsoft and then got charged for the renewal of same.. We had confirmation codes but Microsoft said they could not find same and we were on the hook for another year of service we were not receiving.

I checked my MasterCard account today as the balance seemed high. This was what I found:

28/01/2018 30/01/2018 MICROSOFT *OFFICE 36 MSBILL.INFO ON $90.83

I have not made any purchases from Microsoft and do not have Microsoft Office on my PC!!!

Please refund my account asap,

Hello my name is Eleonora Ragusa, the reason for my complaint is that I have many unauthorized charges on my credit card every month and i would like to cancel the subscription with you. i have done so in the past and i have been in contact with you. about this situation, my son had removed the credit card online a few months ago and i still keep getting an enormous amount of charges continuously, please contact me as soon as possible at [email protected]

Keep getting $10.50 charged to my account and after numerous occations of cancelling this authorization Microsoft still keeps charging my credit card account.

$7.35 credit card bills on jun.28.2015.
Didn't buy anything from Microsoft and charged me without permission.

I keep getting unauthorized amount of $10.50 put on my bill. This should of been stopped ONE YEAR ago and I'm still paying for a service I should not have to pay for.
