Taking a lot of money

Last yr micro soft took couple thousand outa my bank the pricks I had advised them at end of yr it possibly could have been my son and his bloody Xbox and they gave me like $70 back this is not fair between apple/bill, Roblox,Microsoft,,micro ultimate,PayPal and google play App Store I lost couple thousand dollars

Charged for something not authorised

On 4th September a charge of $99 was put on my credit card but I do not know what this is for. It reads Microsoft OFFICE 36 MSBILL.INFO AUS

Unauthorasised charges

Money taken out of my credit card .fraud

Money has been taken out of my credit card for Microsoft 365 that I did not buy cost is $99.00.I never authorized this n haven't bought any Microsoft for many years. The date was 25th June 18 .

Asking for an explanation and refund

Hi,$129.00 was deducted from my debit card by Microsoft and I’m not happy.One month ago I installed office 360 there was 1 month free trial and after that I was planning to pay monthly.I also gave my bank card details.And few days ago when I checked my account I was shocked.How can the company deduct my money not 30 not 50 but almost 130????I don’t think I’m entitled to pay that much money!!
I still haven’t received any feedback my $129.00 has been taken by Microsoft for I don’t know what.I want an explanation from Microsoft and refund if possible.Please help me.Thanks.

Unauthorised transaction from my bank account

On March 12th, 2018, $129.00 (AUD) was taken out of my account without my permission but it states the purchase was for Microsoft Office, however I actually didn’t buy anything from Microsoft then.
Please email me with a full explanation as to why this has happened as I would like a refund.

I tried a 1 month trial of MS365 and due to me suffering from Parkinson's Disease it proved to be unsuccessful so I did not agree to take it.
Please refund the $129.00 deducted from my account as per my account reading.

Unauthorised charges

Whilst visiting United States in Sept/October 17 two amounts of $79.95 were deducted from our Westpac MasterCard, firstly on 2nd October then again on 4th October. The debits were described as MICROSOFT*STORE MSBILL INFO AUS. We do not have a Microsoft account and feel we have been scammed. inconvienience to my email access

your verification system did not work and at the same time a twitter verification was sent to my email , after I entered my email address correctly this caused a lot of inconvenience by Microsoft to me .

640LTE mobile

Updated to system 10, lost many features, videos, photos, apps and deleted itself. When Samsung had an issue it was resolved. Microsoft should atone for this error. Also my private data has also been exposed.
