Hello, I’m not sure if this happened this morning, or last night. I have just checked my account and Microsoft has taken out $74.19 making my account negative. I didn’t authorize it and this has been the first charge I have ever seen on my account. Please refund it and I don’t wish to have it come out of my account again. I have never brought anything from Microsoft, if I have to. I will take legal action against this company.

Microsoft has taken $69.99 out of my debit card . THAT is unauthorized by me.. bank is being informed at this time on 02/26/2019.

If this happns again i will consult a lawyer and the media of microsoft STEALING money from me and from what i have been reading many others.. of thier wronging folks
And will Call on BIll Gates to explain why his founded company likes to steal hard working peoples money, with out any authorization...

Have been making Fraudulent charges to my account after several request from my bank and myself. Someone needs to be locked up, how did they get my credit card number, I just received a new card? I believe a federal investigation needs to take place. I need to know the status of this complaint, and the steps you will take concerning this complaint, as I plan to take this further, had enough.
