Unauthorized $74.19 charge

Dear Microsoft,
Please be advised that you are charging folks money for something they are not authorizing you to do. I fool have fallen victim to charges on my credit card. Your customer service stinks, after an hour and half, I was finally put in contact with a human, only problem was, they did not speak English. After reviewing all information given to human, she finally said to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. No record of me having a subscription. Microsoft users, look out for fraud. No wonder Bill Gates owns more property in USA than anyone else, don't take long at $74.19 on backs of unsuspecting people.
