Unauthorized transactions

I have had a first unauthorized transaction of $11.49 charged to my credit card July 8 and then August 7 with the description Microsoft*GrooveMusic MSBILL.INFO.ON. As these were unauthorized, I request that these amounts be immediately credited to my credit card. However, there is no way to contact that entity as no phone number is indicated with the transaction. How should I proceed to have these charges reversed? Please help me.
