Strange Charges to my Card

I have been getting charges to my card for almost a year now. I have never entered my card information into Microsoft or paid for any subscriptions. The charges are always somewhere between $5.29 and $10.99. I triple-checked my account and the accounts of my family members, and none of them have my card information. Just this year, I've had six charges that read this:
Microsoft*Xbox Live Msbill.Info Wa One Microsoft Way ($9.99)
Microsoft*Console 1 Msbill.Info Wa One Microsoft Way ($10.59)
Microsoft*Xbox Live Msbill.Info Wa One Microsoft Way ($9.99)
Microsoft*Console 1 Msbill.Info Wa One Microsoft Way ($6.18)
Microsoft*Console 1 Msbill.Info Wa One Microsoft Way ($10.25)
Microsoft Redmond Wa 1 Microsoft Way ($9.99)
I can't afford to keep paying for these. If anyone has a solution to this problem, please contact me at [email protected] This is just ridiculous, and I will be calling Microsoft to fix the problem.

Unauthorized Charge

I was charged $16.04 for I don’t know what reason because I never signed up for Microsoft and I never use it. So I would like my money back because I don’t make a lot of money for you all to be taking and I had to get a new card because my bank didn’t authorize this either.

Charge

Charge on my bank account. How did Microsoft get hold of my bank account?!?!!!? It’s only $24.99. But I want it refunded and no further contact with them. When I try to call I just get voices no people to talk to.

Fraudulent Transaction

I was charged USD1270.94 on 13/09/2017 at Microsoft Store(MSBILL.INFO US). I didn't make any such transaction. Just received a message regarding this transaction while the card was with me.

unauthorized billing

COMPLAINT DETAILS
I have received four (4) unauthorized charges on my bank printout. Each in the Amount of $41.59. Total amount of unauthorized charges is $166.36. The first amount is as follows:

MICROSOFT * BILL.MS.NET
WA Card# 2139

The next three (3) unauthorized charges were on 12/11/15. All in the Amount of $41.59. I am retired and on a fixed income. I cannot afford to lose this money. This discrepancy needs to be corrected immediately.

Windows 10

Just to let everyone know what I just found out. The reason Microsoft is pushing, so hard, for everyone to switch over to Window 10, is the fact that Microsoft DOES have an agenda with this. It's unapparent to the general public, but, Windows 10 can be used as a platform / gateway for dubious activities to its customers.

New Computer Operating System

There are a couple of flaws with the issuing of Microsoft's Windows 10 Computer Operating System. One.....it's ONLY available through a download. You can't buy it in computer stores. Two......because it's a download.....it HAS to be installed via a download. Which leads to the next flaw. In the event of a System-wide crash on your computer, there's no way to re-install Windows 10 Operating System. You need a fully functioning computer in order to do that. So, you'd be forced to buy another computer with Windows 10 pre-installed. Three....this move by Microsoft is going to damage sales by computer parts businesses. Hobbyists won't have the luxury of being able to build their own computers.....being the computer would not be functional until it has an Operating System. And, without an external source for installing Windows 10, that custom-built computer is nothing more than a paper-weight. Currently, I use Windows 7 Professional. I have an install disk in the event I have to re-install the Operating System. With Windows 10 you DON'T have that option. Think about it America !!!!!!

Billing to My Debit Card

You have been billing my card for things that i have not signed up for. My fiance accidently used my card information for somethings on his XBox One. A message was sent to my bank account to notify me of the arrangements. However, I did sit and watch him corrext the information. Somehow you still billed my card.

XBox scratches discs, makes them unplayable

For Christmas my son wanted an XBox 360 S, and Call of Duty Black Ops. He received both. We had been strictly a Nintendo family before then, and he has plenty of experience with game systems.

This morning he tells me that the Black Ops disc has a circular scratch on it and will not play.

This seems to be a known problem if you move the XBox while the disc is playing.

Only he did not move the system, it sits upright on our TV stand and will not lay flat, and with everything remote nowadays it wasn't accidently jerked down either.

So barely a month later and we have a $50 game that will not play anymore.

XBox support denied that there is any problem, and since it is a third-party game will not replace the disc.

Never had a problem with Nintendo.

Can't afford a new $50 disc every month!

Automatic renewal after canceling subscription

I received a charge on my credit card for a year's subscription to X-box Live. When I asked my gamer about it, he said he had canceled that. I called the service and found out that my son had indeed canceled the subscription, but had not canceled the automatic renewal. They refunded this year's payment, but I guess I paid last year for naught. HOW CAN THEY DO THAT?

Microsoft forces you to agree to auto renew when you buy a subscription with a debit/credit card. The only way to remove that is to call them. It's just a sneaky, underhanded way to get more money out of you.

Bad customer service

I purchased by mail Microsoft Office 2007. My product key was provided June 9th. It has yet to work. My computer says it is invalid. Every email I send I get some standard form telling me how to install. I talked to someone from Digital River for 10 min., then when he realized I hadn't yet installed it, he got rather patronizing and told me I needed to speak to someone in the tech. dept. and would transfer me. Was cut off then. I think part of the problem is we can't understand each other. What's also frustrating is after giving the case #, I have to give my name and phone, which invariably turns into a 2-3 minute spelling and re-spelling session. Right now I am on hold again, after having to give all my info yet again. He transferred me to another dept. UGH!! I asked in several emails can I not just get a product key that works, however they probably don't really read the emails, because it's never been addressed. In one email I mentioned maybe I should just get a refund, and they sent me instructions on how to get a refund. Hello, Microsoft!! You'd rather lose a sale then try to fix it? Well, it's been about 20 min. on hold so far, guess I'll hit the website to see if I can once again try to figure it out myself. Microsoft, your customer service STINKS!

Bad customer service

The customer service for both Windows 7 and Microsoft are the most incompetent department. In addition both Jessica and Janice @ 425.882.8080 in Corp Headquarters became arrogant, rude and dismissive when I asked to speak with public relations division. The matter started on January 2, 2012 and has still today January 16, 2012 not been rectified.
