Unauthorised charge of AUD 129.00 has been discovered in my bank account. I have not given my permission to draw on my account - the charge is illegal.
Please refund the charge immediately in toto.
Please remove permanently my banking details from your database.

It is becoming truly annoying! It is very difficult to lodge a complaint with Microsoft.
I have just discovered an unauthorised charge from Microsoft in my bank acc. The charge of AUD 129.00 is illegal and has not been authorised or solicited. I ask Microsoft to refund the above sum immediately and remove my banking details from the data base.
