Unauthorised Billing
I have just been charged $99- from my credit card from Microsoft Office MSBILL.INFO for $99- on the 2/12/2017. I have not been near the site or purchased anything. I did purchase Microsoft Office 365 a year ago (in the shop) and purchased an upgrade online ages ago. Is there constant charges, I need to be informed of this as I needed that money for Christmas. Just being charged like this is pure thief and this needs to be refunded into back into my account otherwise I will take this up further.
