I dont have it, but I'm being charged
I have had Microsoft office but I had a problem with it. It is not working on my computer. I have sent numerous emails regarding the billing but you just keep billing me. I am not able to use it, nor do I want too, I do want you to quit charging every month. This month you charged me and caused me to overdraw my account costing me and additional 36.00. PLEASE stop charging me for something I do not have.
