Unauthorized Deduction on my Credit Card

Dear Sir/Madam,


I am writing to bring it to your attention on an unauthorised transaction using my credit card ending with 6239.

I have been charged with AUD 129.00 on 19th Sep 2018 under the transaction details -" Microsoft *office 365 MSBILL.INFO AU ", I haven't made any purchase with Microsoft and this charge was never approved by me.

Kindly arrange for an immediate refund of this unauthorised transaction back to my card and removal of my credit card details from your file.
