I've charged $89.27 on my visa credit card as " MICROSOFT OFFICE 365 MSBILL.INFO ON" on June 13th, 2018. I haven't made any purchase on that day, neither few months before or after.

Please take immediate action.

The above named account took out the amount of $ 89.27 for my credit card without my knowledge or authorization

Needless to say, I did tried to reached the above named account for the return of my money following the advised of my credit card provider but to no avail.

Further investigation reveals that I'm one of the hundreds if not thousand of the people who encountered the same fate from this account.

I'm therefore appealing and seeking your assistance for the immediate return of my money (NOT REFUND) as stated above.
