I require a Tax invoice for a charge from Microsoft Office 365 that was charged to my Commonwealth Bank mastercard on 19/01/21 . How do I get this ?

I purchased Microsoft Office 1 year ago and pay monthly. I have had an unauthorised deductions from my account for $99 on 14/11/17 and would like to know why. I continue to pay $12 monthly also so do not understand why an additional UNAUTHORISED amount was taken from my credit card.
