On Jan. 27, 2014 I purchased 2 copies of Windrows 8.1. It showed up on my computer with the Product Key Code. I download the the firrst one on my Laptop. I was not able to load the second one on my Desktop PC at that time. Then after or evening meal I came down to do the download of the second one on my PC. It was not on my internet and I went back on the internet to get it and did not show up at place of purchase.

I never received an email showing the purchase of the second Windrow 8.1 but I have the Product Key Code for it. I ordered a back copy of Windrow 8.1. I tryed to download it on my computer and the Key wound not work for it. I have called the store tto get help to get it installed and the Windrows Tech people are not able to get loaded on my PC. The store has no record of me ordering by my email address aand the last time they show is in 2011. There is no record show my order on 1/27/2014. I went to my Credit Co. to get and to check on it usage for unauthage use and so far none.
