I have recieved my recent credit card statement with a charge from "MSFT *MICROSOFTSTORE BILL.MS.NET WA" which I have not made. The reference # on the statement is as follows: (2443099M72M6Y4XR1). The date of the transaction and post are:
(10/06/2014). I have no knowledge of a purchase from microsoft using my credit card recently and I need to know how to fix this problem and report the fraudulent charge in order to keep this from happening again. I thank you in advance for any help you may be able to offer.
