Keeps charging debit card even though we dont have product

My daughter had programmed her debit card to my ex's xbox account and he refuses to remove her info, therefore it keeps charging her account every month. I want her debit card removed please as she is a 16 year old teenager that works hard for her money and doesnt deserve this.
