I just learned the hard way about this company. Placed my order 7 weeks ago and it still hadn't shipped. I inquired twice about my order, only to be reassured that it was "delayed" by the supplier. When I questioned how long the back order would take and why the items were listed as "in-stock" on their website, I was told that the items were not back-ordered...they were indeed "in-stock" and were simply "delayed" from the supplier. WTF???--that sounds like "not in stock" to me. What the customer service rep (now that's an oxymoron) was really saying was that the items were not in-stock when I placed the order, but they're gonna keep them listed as in-stock so they can try and charge my card a cancellation fee when I cancel the order. I promptly canceled my order upon receiving this blatant lie, and it awaits to be seen if my card will be charged. If it is charged, I will be going to the BBB. DO NOT buy from this website.
