Not able to join them to Return the produck

We order 2 paires of Mighty Sight and they charge and send 3 pairs. We try to reach them nobody answer We want to return 2 paires and be reembourse. Madeleine Houle

only received one pair of mighty sight deluxe

ordered one set of mighty sight deluxe(two pairs in a order)only received one pair. tried to call customer service, on hold over a half an hour, no one picked up.
