Jean Marc Lopez A Venture Capital Fraudulently Implicates Michael Prisco in Crime

ONLINE COMPLAINT VERIFICATION NETWORK

Jean Mark Lopez implicates online via many different websites that he did business with Michael Prisco who online appears to have three consumer complaints over the past seven years as a piano rebuilder. One complaint is from Lila Ainsworth from Westchester NY who purchased a complete rebuilt Steinway Piano from Michael Prisco and Angelo Andino a Steinway Master Craftsman, the piano video is on youtube showing Lila happy with it and she even had her own technician verify the piano for her. Come to find out after an investigation, Lila Ainsworth needed money and was trying to sell the piano and contacted Michael Prisco to purchase the piano back from her due to the economic recession. Lila Ainsworth threatened Michael Prisco to slander his business if he did not buy the piano back from her. This is a case where now you have one dissatisfied former customer teaming up to put a man out of business.

My independent investigation reveals that Jean Marc Lopez is a victim of Terry Willson of The Piano Superstore that went out of business years ago due to many incidents of fraud, including scamming Jean Mark Lopez out of a new Ellenburgh baby grand piano purchased through Ebay, an online auction site.

Michael Prisco is being falsely accused by Jean Mark Lopez who was defrauded by Terry Wilson, as Jean Mark stated in his above complaint. It appears that Mr. Lopez wants to hold anyone responsible that he can go after for the criminal actions of Terry Wilson of the former Piano Superstore who is obviously the culprit here.

This is another cyber bully attack where a person tries to do something good for someone and gets his business slandered for it. I contacted many piano dealers in New York City and Yonkers and asked if any of them knew Lila Ainsworth, to my surprise, everyone of them said they new of her.

Many of the dealers did not want to be named specifically but the comments were all very similar, Lila Ainsworth is the type of customer that high end dealers want to stay away from. She is extraordinarily picky, wants everything discounted beyond dealer to dealer costs, makes up flaws about the instruments to manipulate the salesman to adjust the price to its lowest common denominator, then backs out of the sale when they finally come to a price and the paperwork is ready to sign.

Many of the New York City piano dealers I spoke with say they sympathize with Michael Prisco and his plight, sighting that he is a good piano rebuilder who got caught up in a bad sale trying to help Jean Mark Lopez, just as he tried to help Lila Ainsworth, and both of these two clients have slandered and mocked to scorn the reputation of a very talented piano rebuilder.

Every business has consumer complaints however, when the complaint costs a person their business and personal reputation, and the complainant makes false allegations like ongoing criminal investigations from the FBI and State Police, those complaints should be verified and investigated.

Our calls to the Police and the FBI revealed that Jean Mark Lopez filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission on Terry Willson of the Piano Superstore, and no complaint has been verified regarding Michael Prisco.

Likewise we contacted the Police in the Westchester, New York where Lila Ainsworth lives and the investigating officer in the department said that Lila Ainsworth makes statements online about the department that are completely false and fictitious. Because it is not a crime to write about someone online, unfortunately, she can say anything she wants about a person or the police department. The online cyber bulling is a major problem for business with unruly clients, only thing we can advise Mr. Prisco to do is contact a lawyer and take Lila Ainsworth to court for defamation.

Jean Marc Lopez of A Venture Capital purchased piano from Terry Wilson of Piano Super Store. Jean Mark Lopez wanted to have piano decaled with pictures of his late fathers art work on it. Terry Wilson never delivers piano. Then another company tries to help Jean Marc Lopes out of this trouble and company offers what they have in inventory to make his word good on a piano that Jean Marc Lopez promised a family member in Brazil who had won it in a raffle drawing through his company A Venture Capital.

Other Company not affiliated with Terry Wilson will not release the offered piano without full payment from Jean Marc Lopez owner of A Venture Capital for transport to Brazil. Mr. Lopez does not pay his bill that is why he does not have a piano
