I have worked at Dehradun office and my experience so bad that I could not stop myself writing this review.

1. There is no formal HR policies and even a competent HR manager. The dummy HR is just for executing whatever local management says.
2. Local management literally abuse employees over petty things
3. You cannot express your opinion freely. I was fired for totally unprofessional reasons.
4. Everything depends one person with no authority to the team leads. for small things one will have to go and take signatures.
5. Local management misuse their powers and embarrass employees if they don't like them.
6. My personal dues are intentionally put on hold

Advice to management............................
1. Neutral HR manager so the company runs by policies and no one can do terrible things to others just because they dont like them.
2. Neutral finance management
3. Regularly meet Dehradun employees and understand the real scenario.
