My name is Meshack Mzimkulu Mgotsho,Id no: 8006135714086, Acc no:42148825, iam complaining about the illtreatment i have being getting from your organisation, 1.My accounts are suspended without valid reasons. 2. Im incorrectly billed every month.3. Every time i call your consultants i spend 15 minutes of My airtime but the problem is not on my site. i have never been so emotionally abused by you ,im your Customer from 2005 till today but the services i get from you in 2016 leave a lot tobe desired. Please correct this issue before i take futher steps about it. I pay for the services i get from you...I need to get good services from you.This problem hase taken too long...Please assist me with it.
