Suspend of mobile phone

Last Wed, I reported loss of mobile phone at 0945h. I arranged for my line to be suspended. Subsequently, I found my phone at home and called Singtel to re activate my line. I was told by end of the day, hopefully my line is working. However, my line still down in last Fri. I called operator Nitha to look into it. She said there is error committed by the previous operator and will inform the relevant dept and let me know.
Till now, I am still unable to use my mobile..
To me, there is frustration and experienced bad service provided by Singtel to customer as we are paying the daily subscription and loss of important calls.
