I requested iPHONR6 though AlRaqi office after I completed one full year of my membership in Raqqi. The agent asked me to sign the contract and I did. After that he informed me I'm committed for full year with Raqqi which I did not know. I though I'm getting a free phone for previous year. I refused to take the phone and the agent insistewd not to cancell the deal.
