Modnique stolen my money $1038

Hi, Can anybody advse how can I return money from this company. Modnique sent the shipment in February 2014 however customs of our country stopped this shipment and send it back to seller. This parcel received Modnique according to shipment company. However, despite my numerous e-mails Modnique didnt refund my money. They wrote that they will return my money in 1000 days, I thought its is typo and tey ment within 10 days. But since that time they closed my accouint in modnique and never returned money. Can anybody adise how people from other countries can receive back their money legally?

Modnique stole my money

I've placed an order for $114... And didn't receive my purchased items, modnique was down for more than 2 weeks and now it starts operation... But still i am not able to contact them or receive my money back!!! Who can give me answers? Where should I go now? What to do to make modnique refund my money?

I sent a lot of emails - in the beginning, I was receiving the auto reply... Now, NOTHING.

Buyers beware Modnique.com is definitely shoddy

I had made four purchases over time with this Co. First I bought a leather handbag. On arrival the bag smelled so strongly of chemical and it would not go away even after using it for a couple of weeks. Within a short time in less than a month, the bag fell apart and I reported it back to them seeking a refund. I took photos of the broken bag and sent them to Modnique and demanded my money back which I was given a store credit instead of a full refund. The next time, I bought another leather bag which looked really nice and sleek on the website. However on arrival the bag had large holds on both the undersides. Again I took photos and sent them to Modnique. I had to sent a few emails and demanded my money back. I was told I did not have to return the bag and got my money back. The quality of items seems pretty crappy and they do not offer free shipping, so that is an indication of a shonky online business out to rip off customers. What reputable online business does not offer free return shipping for goods that are damaged on arrival. Just shows to me they are not dealing with authentic items.

Charging Credit Card - Not Shipping Items

I found this site while searching trendy clothing at discounted prices. I can't comment too much on quality issues or authenticity as I have yet to receive much of my merchandise. Of 7 orders, I've rec'd 1. I'm satisfied with my Replay jeans, I do believe the Blue Pearl blouse to be authentic as with the men's Sperry Top Sider shoes. My complaint is with their shipping policies & subsequent customer services. I have HUGE complaints in regards to the ship time. I placed a total of 7 orders with them, the 1st one on 1/24/14. As of 2/12/14 I have received only 1 of 7 orders, and the one i received is not the first one I placed. According to my order information they have received items to complete 4 of the remaining 6 orders. Packing slips have been generated for as long as 2 weeks for 3 of these orders. It makes absolutely NO sense to me why they are not shipping out my merchandise. I have called & emailed them numerous times. I have specifically asked for a Supervisor & for them to look into why my orders haven't been sent out. Especially when the items state they have arrived & packing slips generated. Not ONCE did I get anything but robotic response about how they aim to ship within 10-14 days (To offer the lowest possible prices to you, we buy directly from manufacturers only after a sale event ends. The manufacturers then send us all the orders, which we repackage and ship to you. This does delay the delivery of your orders but it lowers our expenses which we extend to you as savings. Occasionally, we receive merchandise from the manufacturer before a sale event ends. In this case, we will ship your order right away.) Maybe they do not understand English or can't add but 3 of my orders are going on almost THREE WEEKS out, that's a week more then their stated longest time frame. Once I get all my items I probably will not shop here again. Let's face it, most shopping is spontaneous: you see something you like at a fantastic price you buy it. If it doesn't come, and you wait and wait, start to get aggravated, the excitement wears off & you either find something to replace it or don't even care anymore. Chances of returning items at this point increases. Pretty dumb marketing on Modnique's end. Again, I know they pull this stuff in from all over & I appreciate that fact but once it's in I want my stuff shipped; not sitting in a box collecting dust while I'm paying for it on my credit card! (keep that in mind too... you are charged for this stuff, paying for it & you don't even have it yet!) I am currently looking into if there are any consumer / credit card rules or policies delegating how long a seller has to ship an item once they charge you for it. If Modnique is charging me but hanging onto my stuff it would appear they are financing new sales with my past purchases. There's gotta be a law against that! ??

Absolutely dodgey company and company service

I have made a number of purchases from Modnique and have had some serious concerns. The latest was an incomplete order which didn't have the Anna Klien dress that was the whole reason I made the order. I have previously received an order where they sent the wrong size dress and all emails from me to customer service are dismissed with a "return the dress" with me paying for the return postage even though it was their mistake. The latest email from "Harry" in customer service shows they don't even read the emails properly......

I unfortunately have more regret than you as I only placed the order because I wanted the Anna Klein Houndstooth dress and added the other dress as a secondary purchase. I would have preferred that you cancel my entire order or at least have the courtesy to contact me prior to shipping the remaining order and give me the option.



This compounds the problem I had with my previous Modnique order from earlier this month, order no.156372035 where I believed I was ordering a size 14 Australian which is a 12 US and received a dress which was a US14. This is far too big even if it was a US size 14. Furthermore, I was expected to pay for the return which was due to the confusion in the ordering process and subsequently I now have a dress which can not be worn and is useless to me.



As you can see, the problems I am encountering with Modnique are occurring frequently and takes away any confidence or savings when using your website.

My first exprience with Modnique is AWFUL....

I recently purchased a few tops and 2 watches from Modnique.com. After weeks of waiting the parcel finally arrived. Very disappointed when i pulled out the Ed Hardy watches....soOO fake, cheap China made box. Worst of all one of the watch looks like $2 watch for kids with lot of scratches on the clasp. Where it stated new never been used, authentic ...Crap Crap cRap. The tops were just okay only. My $150 for a bunch of craps. I would like to share this to all the new buyer Stay away from this site. I
