Item sent to japan after 7 days tracking still stuck in shah alam

I sending two boxes to Japan for Fasting and hari raya to my douther and grand childs. After one week I'm checking the tracking one of the box still stuck at shah alam transit. I not receive any call or notification why this box still stuck. The tracking no CP 131900917MY please call me asap for ckerification.
