Mana parcel saya?

Adakah parcel saya (EN830924377MY) hilang? Last update parcel ini pada 17 jun 2017 berstatus "in transit" sdgkn barang yg saya beli dari company yg sama sehari selepas parcel ini sdh sampai. Apakah yg sedang berlaku? Mohon pencerahan dari pihak poslaju. Tolong htr barang saya sebelum raya sebab itu baju raya anak2 saya..😢😢😢

Sy sdh call poslaju (0376261900) berkali-kali tapi tidak bersambut.
