Funds missing

Over $1000 just gone out of my account. Someone stole all of my money. I got another card and they did it a second time. I called money network and they said sorry and it was nothing they could do other than file a complaint. Which will take 45 to 90 days. Like what the ###!!!!!!!!!!!! My bills due now. I'm so mad and frustrated.
