Fraud
I was defrauded almost 5 months ago now and somebody had stole almost $400 from my card my wallet was stolen I called and I filed a dispute and followed all the requirements that I was needed after that I assumed that it was going to be fixed and my money was going to be returned within two to three weeks however after I submitted all the information that I need to submit I was denied once telling me that I didn't have all the information needed then I resubmitted all the information and I was told that my case was reopened after that I checked in every two to three weeks as they told me that it was going to take a maximum of 45 days for processing after that I started calling in and was told that there is no response from the escalations department I proceeded to continue calling every 2 to 3 days and was told the same exact thing no response no response no response I finally asked for a supervisor the supervisor was extremely rude with me and with me being the victim I was completely offended I then proceeded to explain to the supervisor that this was not my fault I did what I was supposed to do the supervisor then told me that the exact phrase of appeal request had to be stated on every single page are then refax all the information and I expressly told all of the staff that I spoke with after that that I was never told either in writing or verbally that it had two State appeal request however according to another supervisor that I spoke with they said that the claim was reopened and that it was going to take 45 days so that's far I have not received any information I continue to call and I did find a website that exclusively handles Money Network lawsuits as this is something that happens consistently I'm so very tired of this company all I want is my money back and that's all I'm the victim I should not be treated as if I am the thief or if I'm the one who committed the crime.
