Unauthorized deductions excessive ATM fees

Money network is charging me double fees to use ATM also there's been some unauthorized deductions from my card I got a security alert from them last weekend about a deduction being conducted through an unauthorized device however money network has no information about it they don't want to talk about it they don't want to reimburse me I've had $36 mysteriously deducted from my account money Network says they don't know anything they canceled my card they kept me from logging into the website no one wants to talk they won't give me the corporate phone number
First of all the excessive ATM fees are going to have to stop secondly they need to reimburse me I have 3786 missing and another figure of 3593 missing from a few months ago now get on my website my transaction list there are no details as to where the money went who bought it or who was who's any kind of cost pending or anything like that
I've had no cooperation from any of their customer service reps or their supervisors and like I say they won't give anybody the corporate phone number
If now let's say if my account was hacked then it would have occurred between November 20th 2020 between 3:00 p.m. and November 20th 2020 12:00 midnight
I had had a recent substantial purchase from guitar center I have received the goods that I ordered and the goods were paid for in the amount of $108.52 this has occurred a week later November 22nd 2020
Also I did not authorize the cancellation of my card their customer service rep impulse and canceled my card without my permission and they want to charge me $5 for that I'm not paying that they need to reinstate the card that I have and reimburse me on these two unauthorized withdrawals is somebody was hacking my account you would think that they would know the only other thing would be that if someone was trying to hack the guitar center account or guitar centers whatever they have

Dispute

I made a dispute on a transaction that was for 61.54 for straighttalk that was unauthorized on 08/17/2019 I was told I would receive dispute form to fill out and mail back with in 10 days. I received the dispute form around August 26, 2019 my ten days were up by the time I signed and sent back. Anyways they received my form on the September 03,2019 and spoke to several agents all they say is call back call back oh one agent told me I would receive money back on September 16 2019 that never happened since I’ve Ben calling every week to check on status and still get the run arounds. On top of everything I can’t understand agents almost all sound the same FRUSTRATING

Denied dispute

My card was compromised and account emptied, filed dispute was told to fill out paperwork and account would be credited. Called back after paperwork was sent in and they denied my dispute now they say I have to appeal it which can take up to 90 days I just need my stolen money back asap
