I want my money

Three weeks ago today you guys put a hold on my card without notification saying it was fraud. I sent in the ID Social Security card and all the information you needed. I was told that I check would be set in the mail. It is three weeks now every time I have called about the check that I have not received everybody says wait wait wait another day I want my money now
